Terms of service

Last updated: 23 June 2026.

The agreement

These terms are between you and Forco, operated by Fahad Mir, based in Melbourne, Australia. By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or sending email to any Forco skill address, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Forco.

What Forco is

Forco is a kit of email-first skills. Each skill is a single email address that does one job: chase follow-ups, run a WordPress change, and so on. You can also use Forco's directory and email plumbing to offer your own skill to other users (see "Skills you build" below).

Acceptable use

You may use Forco only on email accounts you control or have permission to act on behalf of. You agree not to use Forco to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email, spam, phishing, or scams.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
  • Send content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
  • Send content that is illegal where you live or where the recipient lives.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, or break Forco's infrastructure.
  • Resell access to a Forco skill without our written permission. (Building your own skill on top of Forco is separate, see below.)

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens on your account. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has accessed it. You must be at least 16 years old to use Forco.

Outbound emails Forco sends on your behalf

For every outbound message a skill wants to send, Forco shows you the plan first. Once you approve, the message goes out under your name and you are responsible for its content. We do not screen for accuracy or legal compliance. That is your job.

You may turn on auto-approve for specific narrow templates. When you do, you accept that those outbound messages still count as yours.

Forco's skills use AI — review before you approve

Every Forco skill is powered by AI. AI can misread instructions, make mistakes, invent details that look correct, or produce text that is inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for your situation. The plan-and-approve step exists for exactly this reason: you must read what a skill proposes before you approve it. When you approve a plan, a draft, or a change, you accept responsibility for it as if you had written it yourself.

Forco's skills do not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice, and their output is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Use your own judgement, and seek professional advice where it matters.

Skills that change your systems (WordPress and similar)

Some skills make changes to systems you own or control — for example the WordPress skill, which edits your live website. For any skill like this:

  • You give Forco access to your system at your own risk, and only for the job you ask it to do. You can revoke that access at any time.
  • Keep your own current backup before you ask for a change. Forco is not a backup service. We strongly recommend testing significant changes on a staging copy first.
  • Forco acts on the instructions you give and the plan you approve. We are not responsible for site downtime, broken layouts, theme or plugin conflicts, lost content, corrupted data, search- ranking changes, or any other loss that follows a change you approved.
  • After a change is made, checking that your site still works the way you want is your responsibility.

Follow-up and other outbound skills

Some skills send email to other people on your behalf — for example the Follow-up skill, which chases replies from your contacts. For any skill like this:

  • You confirm you have the right and the consent to email every recipient, and that doing so is lawful where you and the recipient are based (in Australia, that includes the Spam Act 2003; similar rules apply elsewhere).
  • The messages go out under your name. You are the sender and you are responsible for their content and for anything that follows from sending them.
  • Forco does not guarantee replies, results, delivery, or that a message will land in an inbox rather than a spam folder.
  • You must honour any unsubscribe or "stop contacting me" request from a recipient. Using an outbound skill for spam, scams, or harassment will get your account closed.

Skills you build

If you build a skill and offer it through Forco's directory, you remain responsible for:

  • The behaviour of your skill and any outbound message it asks Forco to send.
  • Compliance with privacy law for any user data your skill receives.
  • The accuracy of the description and pricing you publish in the directory.

Forco may remove a skill from the directory if it breaks these terms, harms users, or risks our infrastructure. Commercial terms for revenue share, if any, will be set in a separate written agreement before your skill goes live.

Pricing and billing

Free accounts are free. Paid plans (currently $8 / month for Pro) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel any time from inside the app; your account drops to the free plan at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.

We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. The change will take effect at your next renewal.

Beta features and early access

Some skills are launched as beta. Beta features may change, break, or be removed without notice. They are provided as-is, with no service level commitment, and may not be appropriate for business-critical workflows.

Service availability

We aim to keep Forco running 24/7 but do not guarantee uptime. Coordinations that are in flight when the service is interrupted will resume when service returns.

Your data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy. By using Forco you also agree to that policy.

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including accounts used for spam, abuse, or fraud, with notice unless the breach is severe enough to require immediate action. You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected].

Intellectual property

The Forco name, logo, code, and documentation belong to us. The email content you send through Forco belongs to you; you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and transmit it solely to provide the service you asked for.

Disclaimers

Forco is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outbound messages will reach every recipient.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages such as lost profits, lost business, or lost goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

You cover us for your use (indemnity)

You agree to cover Forco (including reasonable legal costs) against any claim, loss, or demand brought by a third party that arises from:

  • content you send through Forco or ask a skill to send;
  • email a skill sends to recipients you chose or instructed;
  • changes a skill makes to a system you gave it access to;
  • your breach of these terms or of any law;
  • your infringement of someone else's rights.

This does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by Forco's own breach of these terms or by anything that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be flagged in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree to a change, you can close your account before it takes effect.
