How Forco works

Four moving parts. CC, tell, approve, done.

1. CC Forco on the email

Wherever the commitment lives, a proposal you sent, a question you asked, a thread that needs chasing, add [email protected] to the CC line. That is the entire setup. No app to install, no dashboard to log into.

2. Tell Forco what to do

In plain language, in the same email or a quick reply. Examples:

  • "Chase a reply if I haven't heard back in 3 days."
  • "Send a reminder on Monday morning if the invoice isn't paid."
  • "Run a 4-step follow-up sequence, one per week, until they reply."

Forco understands intent the way a human assistant does. You don't write rules, you give instructions.

3. Approve the plan

Before Forco sends anything to other people, it writes back to you with the plan: who it will email, what it will say, and when. You read it, you approve it with one click. Nothing goes out without your nod.

This is the part that makes Forco different from autopilot tools. You stay in the loop on every outbound message.

4. Forco stops when the job is done

The moment the reply lands or the task closes itself, Forco shuts down the coordination and tells you. No nagging. No "are we still doing this." No spam to the other side.

If you sorted it offline, you'll be CC'd on every reminder so you can cancel it in one click before it goes out.
