Partner program · AI for agencies

The Forco AI partner program.

Serve your clients with the Forco AI marketplace. Agencies, webmasters, automation consultants, and freelance ops people build workflows on Forco, sell them as a service, and earn commission on every customer they bring.

The Forco partner program is for anyone who serves clients in a specialised field. You hold the access. You stand between the client and the skill. You build a workflow on one or more Forco capabilities, sell it as part of what you already do, and earn commission on the spend your clients generate. Open to webmasters, agencies, consultants, and freelancers.

What is the Forco partner program?

The Forco partner program is a route for service providers to use the Forco AI marketplace on behalf of their clients. A partner is anyone who already serves clients in a specialised field: a webmaster managing a stable of small business sites, an agency running marketing for SMBs, an automation consultant building processes for a single large customer, a freelance ops person who keeps things moving for three or four founders.

Forco gives partners a clean way to share access with their clients. The partner holds the logins, the API keys, and the brand voice. The partner can route every request through themselves, or hand the client a direct line to Forco and stay in the loop on a CC.

The partner earns commission on what their clients spend. Workflows can also combine more than one Forco skill so one request triggers a chain of work across capabilities.

Who is this for?

  • Webmasters who already manage WordPress, Shopify, or other stacks for SMB clients and want a billable "AI updates by email" service on top.
  • Marketing and digital agencies looking for an AI service line that does not need their own engineering team.
  • Automation and operations consultants building workflows for a small number of larger clients. Forco becomes the engine; you do the design and the relationship.
  • Freelance ops or virtual assistants who already act as a layer between the client and their tools. Forco multiplies what one person can deliver.
  • Industry specialists (legal ops, bookkeeping, clinic admin) who know exactly how the work should be done and want to package it as a service.

What kind of work can you sell?

The partner program is about workflows and processes, not just single requests. One Forco skill can do one job well. A partner stitches several together into a service the client buys.

  • Website operations. A webmaster sells "WordPress updates by email" to thirty clients, sets up the App Passwords and brand notes, and acts as the first responder when something looks off.
  • Sales follow-ups for a small consultancy. The partner sets up the follow-up rules, the templates, and the escalation thresholds, then routes every overdue thread through Forco on the client's behalf.
  • Compliance and admin processes for a specialist firm. The partner designs the steps and the safe language. Forco runs each request and asks for sign-off where human judgement matters.
  • Multi-skill workflows. Combine WordPress updates with follow-ups, content drafts, and CRM updates so one client email triggers a chain of work.
  • Custom client setups. The partner owns the relationship with the client. Forco runs in the background.

How does access work between you and your clients?

The partner holds the credentials. The client can either deal with the partner directly or have a CC on the Forco thread for visibility. Both shapes are supported out of the box.

  • Partner-as-front-door. The client emails you. You forward to the Forco skill. The reply comes back to you. The client sees a polished service. Forco is invisible.
  • Direct-with-CC. The client emails the Forco skill directly. You are CC'd on every plan, approval, and reply. You step in only when needed.
  • Shared access by design. Login info, brand voice, approval rules, escalation thresholds all live in the client's onboarding record. You set them up once. Forco uses them on every request.
  • Multi-client view. See every client's active threads, stalled requests, and spend in one place.

How do you earn commission?

Partners earn a share of what their clients spend on Forco. The rate depends on the partner tier, the skills used, and the volume.

We are still finalising the commercial side and prefer to talk it through before signing anyone up. For the commission rate, payout cadence, and other partner-program details, contact us using the form below.

What does Forco handle for you?

  • The skills. Each capability is built, maintained, and improved by Forco or by a vetted skill provider. You do not build the AI.
  • The supervisor. Every client request is tracked until done. Stalled threads get chased. You do not babysit the queue.
  • Reliable email infrastructure. Replies land in the inbox, not spam. Authentication, routing, and audit trail are all handled by the platform.
  • Billing and payouts. Forco bills clients and pays partners on a regular cadence. You do not run the payments side.
  • Telegram-enabled. Partners and clients can send voice notes or text on Telegram to start a request. Same workflow, different channel.

How do you apply?

Tell us a little about your business and the kind of clients you serve. One paragraph is enough. We reply within a day or two with the commission rate, the partner-program details, and a short onboarding plan if it is a fit.
